The Nocturnal Festival of the Knights of the Old City

Battles, stories of heroism and displays, will accompany the Knights of the night defending the Old City of Jerusalem from the Knights of Hell and from the fire-spitting dragons.

Scores of Knights, princesses, dragons and medieval characters, in a unique and exciting experience taking place every Thursday evening and suitable for persons of all ages. 

Every year, the Festival presents another subject connected with the Knights of the night, and this year the subject of the festival is  - Knights and Dragons.

The Jerusalem Development Authority, in collaboration with the Prime Ministers Office, the Ministry of Tourism and the Jerusalem Municipality, invite you to come along and walk around during the magical festival evenings between the ancient stone walls and the charming mysterious nooks and crannies of the Christian Quarter, taking part in ancient dances, battles between Knights and Dragons, splendid shows, and other surprises!

Additionally, the Festival is taking place this year in conjunction with artists from the Venice Festival and is creating a colorful experience in the spirit of the authentic Knights of the period and original shows in a medieval atmosphere.
