Old City Nights - EVERY WEEK, ALL YEAR - starting April 30.

Bus no. 38 and 38א - These are the only bus lines that enter the old city. its rout starts at the Old train Station and goes through Keren HaYesod st., King George st., HaNevim st. Karib st. and into the Old City

Bus no. 20 - Reaches only Jaffa Gate. Walking into the heart of the Old City is not difficult and takes about ten to fifteen minutes walking along the road that goes through Jaffa Gate

Bus no. 1,2 and 3 - Reach the "Wailing Wall". Its rout starts from the central station and Har Nof neighborhood.
The Light Train:

Reach "The Municipality" Station, from which you can go by foot to Jaffa gate (10-15 minutes) or The New Gate (5 minutes)

Reach "Damascus Gate" Station, from which you can go into the Old City by foot through the Damascus Gate
  

Taxi

There is no permanent taxi station within the ea;;s of the Old City, but taxi cars are allowed to enter the Old City all through the day.
One can stop a taxi along the rouds in the Old City. Taxi cars are usually found around Jaffa Gate, "The wailing Wall" and Dung gate.

  

Private cars

Private cars are not allowed inside the Old City itself between 9:00-18:00. Therefore, private cars should be parked in one of the parking lots near the Old City.
